Soot, silica and chalk are among the basic mineral fillers used in the process of rubber mixtures production. Addition of mineral fillers to india rubber improves the physical and chemical properties of the obtained vulcanizers. Description

Storing the product is enabled by the silos. Silos are designated to different types of raw materials. Each silo is equipped with a loading pipeline along with the air pipeline supporting the loading, and also the air preparation station. Silos are equipped with bag filters with their own fans. Transport to the production is carried out with pressure tanks of the pneumatic transport. Silos are equipped with rotary feeders and screw conveyors which dose the product to the pneumatic transport tanks.
