The cyclone filter is used for mechanical separation and purification of gases from pollution, e.g. in pneumatic transport, in aspiration installations, in dryers. Used in all industries where pneumatic transport or dusting occurs
The cyclone filter combines two separation systems: cyclone and pulse filter. The product is separated from the air in two stages. Initially most of the dust falls by gravity in the cyclone zone, the rest of the dust is separated from the air in the upper part on the filter bags. The dust sedimented on the filter cartridge is periodically removed by a pulse of compressed air and collected in a conical container. Purified air is discharged through an exhaust pipe inserted centrally upwards along the axis of the cyclone. Depending on the application, the cyclone filter can be made in a segmented structure that facilitates assembly or in a hygienic standard. The main advantage of the cyclone filter is its smaller size compared to classic dust collectors.
The structure and capacity of the cyclone filter is determined on the basis of information about the transported product and parameters obtained from the customer.
