Application

The tunnel washer is used for washing boxes with dimensions 1600x1200x1200 weighing 120 kg.

Description
A dirty box of pallets is placed by a forklift operator on a tipper. After turning, the box slides onto the conveyor. The conveyor is a buffer for 3 pallets, thanks to which the operator can constantly refill the next boxes without interrupting the washing process.
The main executive element is the washing tunnel. There are 3 zones in it in the following order:

•  Proper washing zone. There are washing nozzles on 3 rims.
• Rinse zone. There is 1 rotating nozzle
• Winding zone. There are 4 air nozzles

The washed crates are moved to a conveyor, which is also a buffer for 3 crates. Then the turntable rotates the boxes by 185 ° allowing the operator to remove the box. The washer has a water circulation system with dirt separation. The operator is responsible for emptying the sludge depending on the scale of contamination of the pallet boxes.

The washing line is entirely made of stainless steel.
