Installation of the small starch factory. The installation was made for starch recovery from potato waste and rinsing water.
The following technological processes can be performed with the installation:
– drainage
– crushing
– 2-stage washing
– pulp drainage
The installation allows to recover starch from the waste and to reuse by further processing into the starch syrup.
